Stephen Hodson

Stephen moved to Whangamata in 2016 where he has been working as a tradesman joiner. With nearly 30 years spent working with wood, it is his passion.

In his spare time he explores his creativity in wood and resin. Stephen has been passionate about wood in many forms since his early teens. 

Most of Stephens artwork is woodturning based, but can be anything involving wood in some form. "Sometimes the wood decides the artform, and you are just bringing out its natural beauty."
