Many years ago my mother gave me a very old book of herbal remedies which had been in the family for a long time.  She issued strict instructions not to follow any of the “cures” but she knew I would love the quaint and curious nature of the book. 

I’ve always wanted to use it as a concept for an art work and have finally created Home Remedies.  With the current global situation and tension everywhere the luxury of retreating to a  place of safety, comfort and healing is becoming ever more scarce and precious. "
