Deep Devotion

Deep devotion is formed through a double layer of gold leaf suspended in resin, creating a luminous depth that shifts with light and perspective.  At its centre, a textured kiss - an embossed x - rests like a quiet vow, pressed into the surface.

The gold evokes reverence and timelessness while the resin seals the gesture in a state of preservation, suggesting devotion that is protected, deliberate and enduring.  The work balances opulence with intimacy, inviting the viewer to consider love as both sacred and deeply human.
