I am Rachele Henderson living in the lovely Manawatu of New Zealand.

I have a long history working with clay, dating back to the time my family owned slip casting teaching studios in the late 70s.

Building on this knowledge with national and international tuition has led to Studio 12 Art. A formal education in Design and Production has increased my knowledge.

Each of my works are hand built so no two are exactly the same. I prefer to work with minimal colour letting the pattern and detail show through. My flowers are decorated with patterns using antique stamps and lace amongst other found items.
