Paula's vibrant, colourful acrylic paintings are a celebration of colour and nature. Featuring the NZ coast and detailed native plants reflecting her background as a watercolour botanical artist. 

Stunning shades of blue and green fade out to the horizon, the detailed foreground home to the intense colours of the costal botanicals such as flax, pohutakawa, cabbage trees and  golden beach grasses.”

Her recent series feature larger than life bright eyed NZ native birds and butterflies amongst rich, colourful native flowers and plants. 

Paula also paints large flowers and plants from tropical destinations where she runs her painting retreats.
